Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ReplySparks (the "Service"), operated by ReplySparks ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ReplySparks is an AI-powered Chrome extension and web service that generates suggested replies for social media platforms (Reddit, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube). The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use ReplySparks.

3. Plans & Billing

• Free plan: includes 15 AI replies per calendar month. Usage resets on the 1st of each month (UTC).
• Pro plan: US$2.99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. Includes 100 AI replies per calendar month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Pricing may change with at least 30 days' notice; price changes never apply retroactively to your current billing period.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until that date, and you will not be charged again.

5. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused replies, or downgrades. If you cancel, you simply retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

This policy may not apply where prohibited by local law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@kvittofy.se and we will review your case.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, or deceptive.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, reverse-engineer the Service, or abuse the AI provider.
• Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.
• Use the Service to violate the terms of any social media platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. AI-Generated Content

Replies generated by ReplySparks are suggestions, not professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before posting it. AI models can produce inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate output.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplySparks is provided without warranties of any kind. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
